The vineyard is located in the subregion of Bethany, an area renowned for producing more elegant and perfumed wines. It saw a wild yeast ferment in stainless steel with 25% being whole bunches. It was then racked off to oak for maturation. Only old French oak was used, as the wine's pristine aroma was something we wanted to keep. We used
